I am committed to offering mindfulness and yoga training to as many people as possible within the community and in the workplace. Therefore, all classes, courses and workshops are priced competitively. Concessions may be available for those experiencing financial hardship. These are discretionary so please discuss this with Reena when booking your course.
Being Mindful eight week course – £195 per person. This includes
- 16 hours of mindfulness training in a group setting
- individual orientation meeting with tutor
- support from tutor during the course
- course handbook
- access to guided mindfulness practices
- follow up resources
- Access to the Staying Mindful programme
From the first point of contact until week eight you will have direct contact with Reena who will be your tutor. Groups are kept to a maximum of fifteen people to create an environment where each participant can receive the optimal benefit from the course.
Being Mindful in the Workplace course- from £600 for the course. This includes:
- a one hour taster session for potential participants, either in person or online
- in-house sessions over four weeks of 60 minutes for up to 20 people either in person or on line
- course materials
- follow up support through the Staying Mindful programme
The Being Mindful in the Workplace course can be adapted to suit a wide range of organisations and needs, so it is important to have a discussion with Reena so that we can create the course that is right for your organisation.
Staying Mindful programme – £40 per person. Weekly classes provide an opportunity for those who have completed the Being Mindful course to maintain their mindfulness practice in a group setting. The Staying Mindful programme includes:
- weekly classes for 60 minutes each for four weeks delivered online
- Guided meditation practices led by Reena
- opportunity for group discussion
